The best and most powerful therapy you can ever undertake is known simply as TALKING.

Able to sit down, talk about and get empathic feedback and a chance to look at issues in a different way, with others who really can and do fully understand how you feel.

Some awareness and knowledge of your abuse history and the belief that it has had some impact on your life, even if not sure how?

A willingness to learn about yourself and what happened? You will change, for the better
Are compulsive behaviours and addictions being worked on?
Then the only thing stopping you from healing fully..... is you!

ARE YOU READY FOR GROUP SESSIONS?
Fire in Ice 2005 currently hold the male survivors Tuesday Night sessions, and members are more than welcome to join the support group.

We sit and discuss any problems which any members have had over the last week and as a group we find the best way forward.
It is a friendly group meeting, and no one is forced to speak if they do not wish to to, and some members just like to listen, but you can make a lot of close friends during the sessions.

The Meetings are held in Litherland, and run from 6pm till 9pm and anyone is welcome to come along and join in.

N. B. A support for female survivors is due to start soon, so please get in touch if you want to join us.

For more details, please either email us or call the HELPLINE number as listed above

The ability or willingness, to engage in supportive relationships? However scary that may be?

The ability to recognise that a group can be frightening? Because it can be, at first...
